It was back in highschool where the journey began for Frederic Raymond (bass player) and Philippe Sauve (guitar player). After having explored the world of "jam sessions" and the world of instrumental music, the need for lyrics became paramount. Frederic who then was playing in a "cover" band, met Cedrik Reinhardt, the singer of the group. This encounter proved to be symbiotic, opening up doors, it became the birth of a new adventure. After having participated in a contest and playing in some shows, now a new challenge presented itself. Following good performances and good reviews, an international promoter asks to meet the band, later inviting them to China for a period of 3 to 6 months. The enthousiasm is heightened to a new level! The newly formed band sees this as an opportunity to gain more experience as a group and a way to expand their repertoire. Sadly due to financial difficulties the international promoter scraps the entire project and the band is left crushed. Leading to the break up of the band each persuing other goals. One year later, the desire to reunite is strong and this time, Frederic Raymond, Philippe Sauve and Cedrik Reinhardt acquire two more band members : Jean-Francois Dufour (guitar player) and Alexi Rioux(drummer). The initial rehearsals are very promising and in December 2005, this newly formed group takes home first prize in "La nouvelle scène 2005". For the first time the public applaudes to a performance consisting solely of original material . With this award on hand ($7000.00 of studio time), the artistes embark in giving life to an album while perfecting their original compositions.
