It all started in october 1998 with the birth of a french indie band named Bellevue. Myriads of distorted guitars along with an overdriven bass, a restless drum and french lyrics sung in a shoegazing style by flo's timid and tiny voice. After seven years of unfinished business Bellevue's menbers have decided to rethink their work and ended up admiting english lyrics would make things easier .The first The Lyrics' songs appeared in january 2006. The band is now working on the recording of a demo and rehearsing for their next gigs.
