The band was founded in late 2003 and after a year an a half disbanned.
In Sept 2006 after a year of working with local musicians Matt and Brian put the band back together one member at a time until we were a band again.
Sept 12th 2006 marks the official start of Pyramis 2.
We try to create tunes that combine pounding beats, powerful rythms and meaningful lyrics that will tell a story or express an emotion that comes from inside.
We have recently completed work on our first 11 songs and have another group in the works, since Sept 2006.
Everyone in Pyramis writes to some extent and we have an ever growing catalouge of originals with more coming all the time.
The word Pyramis means "The Pyramid" which to us represents strength, unity, achievement, and power.
