HÄREM began at the starting of 1992 from the association of some members from the dissapeared bands Alejandria and Shock. The first band was formed by Oscar (bass) who lately was the inspiration for the "viejos temas" song, Juanjo (guitar), Jimmy (keyboards), Jorge (lead vocals) and Nicolás Rabaneda (drums). They recorded a demo with four songs, and performed several live concerts, with bands as Boikot, or Desastre.

Members that have been part of the band some time are: Fran Gómez (guitar, now in Mago de Oz), Juan Arnal (bass), Javier Morales (guitar, lately in Muro), Yuri Portolés (bass), Jose Mª Galán (voices, colaboration), Jose A. Alvarez (voices), Sergio Herrera (guitar), Jorge Zabalgo (guitar), Fernando Estrada (voices), and Isaac Palomino (voices).

Most important concerts they have performed: "Hebe", "Talismán", "Piratas", "Hangar 19", "Mamapachá", "Bilborock" with Last Prophecy and Valhalla."La Cubierta de Leganés" in the "FESTIVAL UNIDOS POR EL METAL" with Amset, Metrópolis VI, Hamelin, Viga... "Silikona", "Ritmo y Compás" with Viga, Dreamaker."Las escuelas", in Jaen, with Saratoga, Ebony Arc, Moon Light Fear. "Fuenlarock Festival" with Cuatro Gatos, Viga, Salitre and Lágrimas de Metal.

In 2002 the Band recorded his first album called "Silencio", without any discography support, they sold 1000 copies through their web and in the concerts they performed. They took part in the recopilatory "Barbarock" with the song "Cuando el fuego no quema" and they also recorded the Iron Maiden song "The Clairvoyant” for an Iron Maiden tribute CD.

The band nowadays is formed by Javier Pérez (Javi's) as guitar, Nicolás Rabaneda (drums), Oscar Arias (bass) and Gema Avila (Vau) as lead singer.
