As soon as the first songs were written they hit the studio to record their debut album, which should be released soon. But the fate had different plans with the guys so they determined to poste the song "Dead & Gone" during recordings. Five days later the inevitable happened.
They won the "T-Mobile Local Support" bandcontest, earned a lot of money and could finish the record.
Solidifying the line up with Matthias Ammon on drums, Miguel Dürschinger on guitar and vocals, Alex Stadter on guitar and in the middle for the main vocals Marius Roos, Avertine have already recorded their debut album to be released in May 2010 and have hit the road nonstop!
