Phoenix'Ashes saw it's dawn in Spring 2007 in the most southern part of the Netherlands as a creative coalescent of various bands. This results in the specific diversity in their music, which mainly fits into the hardcore/emo genre.

A more accurate explanation though, would be 'upbeat songs with heavy breakdowns, emotional screaming, melodic parts and catchy clean vocals'. On stage, you can expect an outburst of energy!

The release of the full length cd 'First Feather Burning' in 2008 was combined with a major line-up change. Just like in the myth, Phoenix'Ashes arose stronger than ever!
