NOTIZIE PRINCIPALI
The concept of live and let live died a long time ago for the Chicago based Darkwave Goth Industrial artists GRIGORI 3, who have showed absolutely no mercy since their emergence in 1999. G3 has been enchanting audiences with some of the most powerful mind crunching music in the country. The band credits its strength to its ability to blend the diverse influences members bring to their sound. Where other groups simply write tunes, GRIGORI 3 composes and then delivers intensely melodic riffs, encapsulated in a show often described as amazing.

The band formed in 1999 when the edgy yet lilting vocals of Gwendy Bartolini, joined forces with the powerhouse metal guitar of Ray Wise, bringing together some of the most intense talent in the Chicago music scene. The lineup grew with the addition of Mike Lindsay; whose in your face precautionary style has propelled their sound into the realm of heavily diabolic. Brian Bradbury next injected futuristic sounds and memorable arpeggiations. Finally, to complete the line up the band turned to Portland Oregon native bass player The Reverend; whose groove focused styling made him a signature in the scene.

GRIGORI 3 are in the process following up their premiere hit single "Awakening", which is currently featured on Dark Future Music's latest compilation release, "The Best of Gothic Radio, Vol.1". GRIGORI 3 's "The System" will be featured on "Spread The Madness" from the Toronto's Seventh Circle Records.

GRIGORI 3 has crossed over into club rotation as well and featured at various clubs nationwide including Chicago's Nocturna, Metro, Morseland Room, Elbo Room, Milwaukee's Hex, Madison's Club Inferno and Philadelphia's favorites The Ceremony and Antiquity. GRIGORI 3 has been added to vast number of radio and Internet stations world wide including Hollywood's Gothic Radio, Panama's Siete Gatos, Germany's Black Channel.

GRIGORI 3 will debut on screen with a live version of their latest underground club hit "Defende" which will be featured in Resurrection Pictures upcoming release "Triste Edad " in fall of 2004.

Voted "Best New Goth Rock Artist" by Wrapped in Wire for 2000.

"If you haven't heard OF < them> yet it is only a matter of time before they become a household name within the genre, especially in the club and DJ scene." -Program Director / Gothic Radio
