NOTIZIE PRINCIPALI
There is a new force breaking into Chicago’s local music scene, and it goes by the name Lutraphobia. With their genre crossing style, that neatly blends the sounds of hard rock, punk, and metal (old and ‘nu’), Lutraphobia bursts forth from the sea of monotony with their unique hybrid sound. Mark Lush of MidwestBands.com, while attempting to explain the band’s song “Pieces”, said, “It’s strange to describe; it’s not totally punk. It has just enough of a metal feel that the heaviness comes across, and doesn’t kill the ‘fun’ of the punk sound!” He later added, “This could be the music that begins to heal the rift between punkers and head-bangers!”
