Formé en France en 1998 par deux frères d'origine luxembourgeoise, Dawn a connu plusieurs transformations avant sa forme actuelle, se séparant après avoir produit le single "Sun Fever" en 2001, passé sur RTL par Zégut. Reformés en 2003, Dawn possède un son plus noisy, aux influences aussi diverses que Bush, Killing Joke, Joy Division, New Order ou bien encore Phillip Boa & The Voodooclub.
