As individuals the band of acoustic rockers named Waking Grey have come together to delight audiences throughout Boston and beyond. The band was formed in 2002 as an acoustic duo with the intent to awaken the public to the acoustic rock genre and has grown to be a three-piece band worthy of the accolades they have garnered. The band has been compared to the likes of Guster, Dispatch, Howie Day, and Our Lady Peace. In a short amount of time the band has been offered gigs at such exclusive events as Woodstock 5 in South Africa, bringing together 50,000 people, and the Legendary CBGB's in New York City. Waking Grey will be in studio November 2004 working on their Debut CD with Award-Winning Producer Brian Brown(Juliana Hatfield, Buffalo Tom, Meghan Toohey and the So and So's, etc..)
