Formed in early in 2003, FAIC morphed from meager beginnings to a band centered in deep and meaningful songwriting. After playing for nearly a year with four members, FAIC added guitarist Jose Manuel making them a five piece. Over the past year and a half, the band has played many of Chicago's prominent music venues while consistently building a fan base.
The ever-changing song styles read like a chronological history in themselves writing the next song to be better and more ingenious than the last. Having released one EP, "Nyssa", the band has managed to do just that. The songs continue to grow and when performed live, it is evident that songs such as "Blueprint" and "Exeunt" have outdone their predecessors. While FAIC is proud of the work done on "Nyssa", they’re also excited and focused on the songs to come in their next release.
