What is known as Helm is in fact a rather complex outcome of circumstances, the result of a decade of cultural chaos. Most of the individuals involved met somewhere along the road when discovering the fact that normal band structures are rather destructive. Due to the divergence regarding the background of the contributors Helm manages to be rather unpredictable. One can trace influences from quite opposite genres in the mix. E.g. electronica, indie rock, hip-hop, club, r n b and industrial. Still you can always hear the specific “Helm-atmosphere” in each track.
