Overtures actually played in more than 30 concerts, from "pub shows" to contests and national and international events.
During summer 2004 Overtures start to have their first important experiences after a lot of concerts in different situations.
In July 10th the band played “live per Avellaneda”, sponsored by ANFASS, Donatori di Sangue, Lions Club Gorizia Host and other associations.
In the evening of October 2nd the band is asked to play at “Gusti di Frontiera 2004”: from 20.30 to 22.30 Overtures were playing in front of more than 500 people from Italy, France, Slovenia, Austria, Germany and Hungary.
In the evening of November 14th overtures had their first "unplugged" performance in a Memorial concert in Gorizia, playing their original song "Hidden Treasures".
In 2005 Overtures started to take part in different regional and national contests, getting even a 2nd place at "Pagella Rock".
In May 2005 the band recorded its first Demo-CD, produced by Andrea Rigonat (Elisa's Guitarist), containing 3 original tracks: "Hidden Treasures", "Town of Desolation" and "Silent Observer" (that you can listen on the emergenza radio).
The Demo tape is lately completed with a vocal re-recording and a re-mastering in Filippo Massa e Irene Pehlijan's private studio in Trieste.
During summer 2005 Overtures are part of many regional events: “Squarci Rock”, "Rock Rock Rock" and “Altri Mondi” in Udine and again "Gusti di Frontiera 2005", where the band had its concert with the biggest audience ever: newspapers said more than 700 people.
The band is still working on new songs and always playing live.
