Canopy plays deathmetal with a melodic and slightly progressive touch, influenced by acts able to maintain rawness/deathspirit even while adding melodic and experimental ideas to the music.
The demo EP During Day One was realeased 2004 and includes 27 minutes of music. About as much music is written in addition to that, and another demo will surface in march 2005.
