Their music is raw, rich, edgy, danceable, sarcastic, sympathetic, lyrical, cynical and even political. With a three-piece line-up featuring Wilson (lead vocals/guitar), Raul (backing vocals/bass) and Hank (drums), on paper they seem conventional enough. Just listen to their music, however, and it becomes clear that first impressions can be deceiving. With a range of influences that includes Kraftwerk, The Cure, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Bad Brains, The Clash, U2, DeadKennedys, New Order, Joy Division, The Buzzcocks and Sonic Youth, BONBOMB is nothing short of inspired.

Following their first live performance, BONBOMB has appeared at venues throughout New York, New Jersey and PA. In 2004, the band released their first and second full-length recordings "The Sedated Nations" and "Is Who We Are Right Now, We Are...". Since then their music has received airplay on WFMU 91.1 FM, East Village Radio NYC, WSOU’s Street Patrol 89.5, WSRU 88.7 (Rutgers University) and Blowupradio, have been at CMJ and The Bamboozle Festival They also have shared the stage with a variety of artists including BERLIN, Youth Group, Saosin, Gene Loves Jezebel. Recently, BONBOMB won "The Break" Competition at the legendary Stone Pony They were winners of the Jagermeister New Music search in 2004 and Pat Duncan (WFMU) "band of the year 2004".
