They were just a group of 14 year-olds with big dreams when they started a cellar-band playing local gigs through high school. Though they developed a strong musical bond and gained much local notoriety, the immaturity factor took its toll and they eventually disbanded. From then on, each member took his own path, exploring and working on other musical projects. Derek went to work on a solo album. Mike was gigging the Boston circuit with many types of bands simultaneously. WoRm and his new band were playing with acts such as Dokken and Ace Frehley, and nearly got signed to Sony records after showcasing against Silverchair
But years later, there was suddenly a moment when a brand new approach for a band suddenly sprung forth. A band that had it all: fearless originality, explosive energy, hypnotic melodies, astounding versatility, and unmistakable showmanship. It just so happens that in that moment, fate was such that all the original members were available and anxious to try it. After years of separation, the band was finally reunited! One night while rehearsing new material in their rented studio room, the band took a second look at the room number on their door. WoRm said- “Hmmmm... sounds like success”. It was then when 6S was born.
6S was now ready to take the original rock scene by storm with a sound, a show, and an image that must be experienced!

Derek Theron - Vocals/Guitar
With a distinctive melodic vocal quality and sparkling lead guitar playing, this creative founding member possesses the musical skills, the style, and the energetic personality to fulfill all expectations of what a front man should be.

Worm - Drums/Percussion
Worm has been playing drums literally since he could walk. He is everything in a drummer that a band would ever dream of having behind them. He is a true and lively showman, and whether he’s hitting with a vengeance or with sensitivity, his playing is precise as a quartz watch and tasty as filet mignon.

Mike Sedani - Bass
Mike was a born bass player, drawn to the soul-pounding bottom frequencies of R&B and funk at an early age. Whether he’s finessing a complex walking bass line, or just digging into a string heavy metal style, you will hear and feel the power and groove he brings to the backbone of 6S.
