If you like radical guitar lines, skilled vocals, and gnarly pop punk songs paired with kick-ass happy hardcore breakdowns, then you're gonna love The Pickup Line. It all began in December of 2004 as an acoustic side project with members Marc Stampfli and Ray Lecture, playing small churches and coffee shops. In mid-summer of 2005 it blew up into a full blown band when members Nathan Jenkins(Drums) and Dayne Michael(Guitar, Vocals) were added to the line up. The Pickup Line has made a name for themselves locally and on Myspace being in the top 10 pop punk bands in georgia.(for plays) Set to play the world wide Emergenza Festival in March in hopes of winning a trip to Germany, as well as moving up the charts on Myspace, things don't appear to be slowing for this pop punk quartet any time soon! The Pickup Line appears to be a mainstay in pop punk to come!
