Almost Doesn't Count e il loro Punk

Hey everyone! We are Almost Doesnt Count, hailing from the suburbs across Long Island. We got together after the original lineup of ADC split up. Sean, lead singer, was left without a band. I was friends with Sean through our girlfriends and recruited my good friend Matt to try a band idea out.

It worked! We have been going nuts the past year creating new material and trying to get as tight a set as we can. We are currently working on a 4 song demo. The previous band released a 4 song demo in 2004 just before splitting up. We still play most of those songs as well.

Almost Doesnt Count is a Punk driven Modern Rock band. Vocals have been compared to Robert SMith and Morrissey. The music is usually up-tempo and fun. I have a hard time labeling our band because I feel we have a pretty unique sound. Punk inspired mordern rock seems to fit the best.

Almost Doesnt Count will be set to take a big step in 2006 as we now have all the foundation setup to take our band to hiher levels. Don't miss us @ The Hook in Brooklyn on Friday the 13th.
