xDwellx is an Alternative Metal band based in Fallston, Maryland, and has been together since 1999. In that time the band members: Bob Dennison, lead vocals; Michael Jones, guitar; Shawn Dundon, guitar; Jeromy Lopez, drums; and Rachel Dundon, bass guitar, have steadily built a fan base in the Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Jersey and Virginia. Their Alternative Metal sound has been growing in popularity and has been catching the attention of venues and promoters, as well as the ears of an expanding European, Middle Eastern and South American fan base.
The band’s debut CD “First Born of the Dead” has enjoyed brisk sales and has had radio play all across the United States and other parts of the world. The CD featured 10 original tracks and has been picked up by radio stations in central Europe and Brazil, boosting European and Middle Eastern sales via the bands web site. Their second project titled “Silence The End” has had an even greater impact. They have appeared in a multitude of Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware and New Jersey locations. xDwellx were winners in the Baltimore Battle of the Bands competition sponsored by CMT productions in Baltimore City, taking first place in two out three competitions against 67 other local bands. In 2005 xDWELLx was recruited by Emergenza, an international band competition.
xDwellx plays all original music; which could be compared to the styles of Stained, Godsmack, Metalica, Alice in Chains and Danzig.
xDwellx has a level of professionalism and stylistic comfort that shines through at their live performances. Their songs and performances portray a balance of style and artistic ability, while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and energy, unlike any other.
