'Absolute Uncertainties was founded in 2001 after several line-up changes (i.e. Sixteen Hours, Joe and the Hos). The genesis of Absolute Uncertainties began in late 2001 when Donovan and John (Cheeto) began playing local gigs in the Portales/Clovis area. Several years of playing, writing, and quasi-recording passed until YD (Kurt) joined the group. The stage was set. Donovan's blazing guitar work, Cheeto's incredible vocal range, and YD's delectable bass stylings proved to be a force to be reckoned with.'
