NOTIZIE PRINCIPALI
Their first EP, released in 2004, was accepted with great entousiasm in the metal scene. But the feeling of a missing link became greater, and so Robin van Poppel was asked to enforce the wall of noise the band produces, and with great succes! In and around Tilburg, the gigs piled up. Shows on Festival Mundial, Virus Afterparty, with F.R.E.U.D. and lots of more came up.
With the release of their second EP "Disfigured" in 2005, Static Noise will aim for more gigs outside the Tilburg regions and enlarge their name in the Netherlands. They will continuously develope, write songs, perform live and surprise the metal-favouring scene of Holland with new music and superb shows.
* ...Meanwhile it's getting crowded, the fans are in the building, Static Noise gets the crowd on the move! A bit of arrogance, some youthful recklessness, but mainly very good metal... - Marion Puts ‘Roxxity’ Tilburg, http://www.roxxity.nl
* ...But just as I think the crowd fails to do some moshing, Static Noise manages to make them start one. The band needed some time to bring the ambience back and wake the audience. This enthousiastic group of musicians merits to do the job. The strong new-metal has real persuasiveness... - Bas Verbeek ‘3voor12’, http://www.3voor12.nl/tilburg
