Fidgit has been around for about three years now and has played many venues since their start. The band started after multiple attempts at starting other bands had been made by the two original members, Benny and Joe, and unfortunately these other bands crashed and burned. The two members hooked up with a few of their friends to created another band know as Ace of Spades. However after some troubles with the singer and the bass player arose Benny started singing and their new bass player, Josh, joined up. The band was a power trio for about a year and a half. Unfortunately they ran into yet another dilemma. There name, Ace of Spades, had already been taken and copyrighted by another band. So after some debating the name Fidgit was created. Later on, after some fans had made a few suggestions, Fidgit found a lead guitar player named Andy. However, like many times before the band ran into another predicament. Andy had to join the military in order to support his newly developing family (Andy, wherever you are just know that we miss you man and we will never forget you. Keep the spirit alive man. Rock On Forever). Luckily for the rest, Andy had already scouted, and found a replacement. Thus our newest member, Shawn, joined the group, and picked right up where Andy left off. With a new lead and great determination the band lost little, if no time at all, getting back on their feet. Fidgit's style of music has been placed in many categories, but it seems they are in a genera of their own at this point. As far as seeing the band live, there will be many opportunities to see them playing some selected venues in New Mexico very soon.
