NOTIZIE PRINCIPALI
In the stormy sand dunes of New Mexico, Diego Sosa made his way through the arid, dusty musical landscape awaiting persons of equal musical talent!

Out of the swampy marshlands of Tallahassee, Florida crept the acoustic rhythms of Byron Matthews. The southwestern marshland sound took shape, when the two met in Albuquerque. With influences and abilities ranging between many musical spectrums, the music of 3rd Hour had begun.

Their direction consisted of excessive behaviors, which became apparent in their musical subject matter, and gave it's appeal to many of theirs peers. The two attempted to join the Albuquerque music scene as a duo, playing virtually any open mic they could safely drive too, and in most cases safety was second in priority to music...

Weeks became months, months became years....After much blood, sweat and beers, the two decided to branch their sound to include other musicians. Few passed the musical exam like the unrelenting beats of the Indiana native, Jonathan Clark. Growing up in a rich musical surrounding, Jonathan added the energy, that the duo was arguably missing.

Musicians came, musicians went. Gigs came, gigs went, but the 3 continued in their quest to become part of music royalty.

The 3rd Hour sound was missing the fullness and thunder of the bass, which was added went Diego's cousin, Willie Wells stepped up to the plate. As a long time guitarist, and part time bassist, Willie's "string'd" expertise fit well with the group.

The group continues to practice and write, playing anywhere they are able, and striving to be as original as possible. Their look and music is unique, meshing sounds of classic/blues rock, rhythmic rock, pop rock, Latin and Caribbean rhythms.

With much to be accomplished, many venues to conquer and many ears to be reached, 3rd Hour continues to strive for local, regional, national and worldwide acclaim!
