With their roots based in old school hardcore Incuria fuels their sound with Horror driven verses that bring forth images of violence and aggression at the most brutal levels. Then they bring you crashing down with melodic choruses that make you tear your insides out. Their songs make you want to kill and die at the same time. You can feel the pain of emotions at their darkest core, from loss, to rage, anger and love. This isn’t the usual Brooklyn hardcore band.
Formed in Brooklyn, New York in late 2004, As therium, the guys began to define their unique sound but due to massive line up changes and problems within the band, Sid, Spin and Danny knew that a new band and new name had to be made. Enter Incuria, out of 5 original members there were three left to take Incuria and give it a life. They tried out a number of people, but no one one fit the style or seemed to give all that they could. Finally after founding Nado and Luis in the summer of 2005 everything clicked. This was the true beggining of INCURIA and what the guys like to call "Horrorcore". Now Incuria was ready to take the stage and bleed infront of anyone who cared enough to show up to their shows. On those stages is where the truth of Incuria lies. Finally feeling whole the band puts all their engery into reaching the next level. They are a hardworking band, determined to reach that goal. And backed by friends, family and their manager they can taste it. In the fall of 2005 Incuria will be releasing a 3 song ep, a brillant example of what horror core and incuria are all about, and a glimpse of greater things to come.
