Tim Dechent and Tim Fischer arranged the band Cordless in the summer of 2002. The two of them had been friends for a long time and both of them had only one thing on their mind, to make something with music. So, they arranged a band. Which way to go? They got the inspiration from bands like Lifehouse or Goo Goo Dolls, who helped them to find the right rhythm, both musically and lyrically, and with that inspiration the Alternative-Rock band Cordless was born. No time to wait. Very quickly Cordless was planning their own future and no longer needed to hide behind their idols. The guitar experience from both combined with the unrivaled voice from Fischer took them to higher levels including a soon following demo-tape, which helped them become a local favorite. And from there, there was no stopping them a career had begun. But at this point, they still needed some musical back up. Finally, they found a qualified drummer named Simon Diefenbach. He made the possibilities for Cordless even brighter. Their destination wasn't as far anymore. Diefenbach saw Cordless playing in a bar, and one week later Cordless convinced him that he was, in fact, a very important part of the band. Simon was exactly the man that Cordless was looking for. Are they ready to break new grounds? YES THEY ARE. Cordless is well on the way to success. Cordless: A band with unforgettable melodies, poetical lyrics, and an unmistakable voice from Fischer. They have named the upcoming demo-tape, which has a mix of emotional and harder songs, SOMETHING REAL. Cordless is quickly making a name for themselves in the music world, and they will not stop there.
