We were sitting in the coffe shop and we saw a poster that said Vendredi (Friday in French for all those less inclined) and I (Jarod) said "Why don't we call our selves the Vendredi's?" Then James said, "Jarod, you're a sped, why don't we call ourselves the Fridays but spell it hip and happinen'?" And so we became the FryDaze.
