For 4 years the band has undergone changes in its members, from the basic guitar and percussion to having a saxophone; until it finally settled in its current lineup. Now it has over a year and a half of experience with its final 4 members, and plenty of attitute for the future. Influenced by a wide variety of styles, The Turbulents often reminds of bands such as Lou Reed, Oasis or Queen, although the band also includes features from jazz or latin music. With all of its members having a wide musical base, songs are straight forward yet complex and interesting at various levels. The band´s demo will come out next May, featuring 5 hits recorded at TC Studios. Events in the past have included a massive concert to raise money for Tsunami victims, 3 radio interviews + a TV show on the band and the current participation in Emergenza, where the band hopes to achieve success in its first go at the contest.
