Tridium, a young instrumental metal band, includes Andrew Pena on lead guitar, Andrew Schmidt on drums, Zach Von Ruff on rhythm guitar, and Jeff Voor on bass guitar. Their music is strongly influenced by greats such as Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath, with a twist of The Mars Volta and Dream Theater. Tridium recorded with Jim Finley, of Hollister Fracus, over the holiday season of 2004, producing their first demo with all original songs: Arete, Eternity, and Your Cashier was Jesus. During the summer of 2005, they went back into the studio to record an additional 4 songs and re-master their 3 original songs. Tridium continues to work on their production of a full length CD.
