In December of 2004, two ex-members of Underscore (Phil Moy and Brad Collins), Ventured off to create a new band and a new sound. With the help of Danny Hollis (ex-Shortbus), Mike Bridgett (Catching Thieves), and Phil's girlfriend (Laurie Mae), Fair Verona finally became official. In April of 2005, The band hit the studio to record their first ever E.P titled "Three of Swords" packed with songs of heartbreak, and remorse created around a style of driving acoustic guitars and piano based pop songs.
