In each song that Sonicbloom writes, lays the intention of creativity, awareness, and empowerment. Every song is an opportunity to bring something new to the listener, in both the lyrics and the music. By taking this to heart and staying true to it in every endeavor, the Bloom marks its individuality through a conscious approach to creating high-spirited, funky, intelligent hip-hop that anyone can listen to, dance to, and relate with. Their music is designed to open the mind and the heart, while focusing on being a positive inspiration to every person who hears it.
With the release of “From the Get-Go,” Sonicbloom has recently aimed much of its energy outside the studio while promoting the new CD, and performing as many gigs as possible, but at the same time not losing sight of what is also important to the group: writing new songs. Each member of Sonicbloom has many talents they put in the mix to make it all happen. From beat production, mixing, and DJing, to singing, rapping, spoken word poetry, playing bass, guitar, sax, keys, and drums, a constant flow of expression feeds the groups livelihood. Only months after the debut release, Sonicbloom is already writing/recording songs for performance and the next album, as well as other projects from the group's individual members.
