Aurora Red formed in early 2005 under the name Violent Masterpiece after their post hardcore band True Direction disbanded. Over their time being a band they have written many songs together, as well as making acoustic covers for songs. They merge different styles of playing and singing into their set making a perfect mix of emotion. With Taking Back Sunday, John Mayer, Dashboard Confessional and Senses Fail as influences.
