They have played open mics and gigs at numerous coffeehouses and bars in the Central Suffolk area of Long Island. Their sound combines elements of metal, early 90's alt/grunge, reggae, and acousitc folk rock. This is evident in the list of bands that Roxanne has covered such as Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Sublime, Dave Matthews, Tool, Foo Fighters, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and many more. The subjects of their original songs range from self-reflection to the highs and lows of relationships to partying. Each member brings their own special musical trait to the band. Cliff's vocal range can soar to the heavens or sink to the core of the earth, Tony's basslines stick in your head, Chris plays with the ferocity of an F-5 tornado, and Cesare is a technical master on the drums. All four men discovered these traits while attending Centereach High School, and through this, became close friends. By watching a Roxanne show and listening to their music, they hope you will want to be their friend, too. Especially if you're a lady.
