Teotwawki was founded approximately 6 years ago by 4 boys from Hoofddorp, who had the common goal of making energetic, blasting and ultratight metal. Especially in the early days they experimented a lot with other styles of music, but lately, the music is best described as death-metal. After appearing on a few compilation-albums, the first, selftitled, demo was recorded in 2002. With this demo, Teotwawki succeeded in building up a name around their town and giving a lot of shows. After having worked hard on new songs and an even better live-show, Teotwawki released their first album, The mass of void, in april 2004. It contains 7 songs, of which the first two can be downloaded on our site.
