Strangleweed’s brings to mind a gritty yet defined sound, with a lyrical spirit that is mixed with the musical prowess of many of the late 90's alternative/ power pop/rock blends and still retains it’s modern charm.

and actually established a declaration that “ rock is not dead!” and does indeed flourish deep in the heart of Texas.

This bastard son of 6 years of rock and roll sweat was cast in to it’s distinctive 2" analog sound
at the legendary Palmyra Studios in Palmer, Texas.
Engineer and Producer Paul “Pappy” Middleton (Erika Baddu, Bonnie Raitt, Chris Issac) adds his own lick of elegance while letting these boys engrave their years of desire into 15 predatory tracks
