In our pursuit in defining the art of jazz, SwingSet made it's way to New York in 1995. Although being geographically apart from each other for a short period of time, we had known, from early on, that we worked well together as an ensemble. In 2002, SwingSet was reunited and released two CD's under it's own name, "MAKE BLUE" and "BLUE YORK".
SwingSet, individually, has shared the stage with Wynton Marsalis, Wycliff Gordon, Elvin Jones, Phillip Harper, Wess Anderson, Lauren Hill, Dead Prez, Sam Rivers, Eddie Henderson, and Milt Hinton.
