Jör-qz, you pronounce it like jerks, is a Metal band from Heerhugowaard (Here-you-go-weird). Its was founded in the summer of 1996. It started off as many bands start of: just having fun and beer. Their main influences were Sepultura, System of a Down, Gorefest and Machine Head. These influences can still be heard in the music, but they have their own style. They play straight in your face metal and have the attitude on stage to back it up.
It's nice to know that this band is approved by the association of dental specialists. Jör-qz will most definately blow bacteria off your teeth. Fuck Prodent here's Jör-qz!!
