Deathblow By Hate was formed by Mark Aarts (Bass) and Rutger Jansen (Guitar). They both were active in music together and decided they wanted more. They found two other great musicians who happened to be two of their best friends. Matthijs Blokker (Vocals) and Kajo Pas (Drums).

Somewhere around February 2005 the band started practising at the local bar called solution. Because the band was driven and dedicated the songwriting went very smoothly. After only two months of practising they got their firts gig. More gigs followed and the band decided it was time for a demo.

In October 2005 (after only eight months of being together) the demo called 'Survival of the Sickest' was released. This demo contains the first three songs ever written by Deathblow By Hate.

Right now the band has taken songwriting to a next level. The songs are more brutal and complicated and coming your way on the 16th of february
