The Rev. John Loathe first came to be, when guitarist Hendrocks went looking for someone to share his idea of what hard rock should be all about; memorable riffs and grooves that could pound the earth, finding what he was looking for in aspiring drummer Jones. While coming up with great tunes and dancing all night long, they tried several bass players put none would do, except for one. Lance Hammond Hammond, while making the town of Uppsala feel the rumble of a world coming down, he found his true calling down south. Soon the songs screamed for twin g-tars and a professional drummer. Jones, in his eagerness to shred his fingers to the bone called upon Brant to fill the seat. He did, with honor, and is now the foundation upon which the sound of the new south is born.
