Autumn 2005: Tired of playing the chords and riffs of others the coverband Lena BH is finally shattered and the pieces are spread around the globe.

One week later, these four individuals, their musical influences ranging from Cannibal Corpse to Alicia Keyes, are fused together once again, forming an entity of solid ownage. The founders of the genre "pirate ska"... Puffy Banzai.

As the name implies, the musical equilibrists of Puffy Banzai combine the soft groove of SUBLIME and BEDOUIN SOUNDCLASH with the up-tempo backbeat of MADNESS and the raw punk soul of the teenage rebel. They top it off with easy-on-the-ears yet complex solos signed SEBASTIAN SEHR.
