We're The Hype. We came together in Febuary of 2006 for a battle of the bands, when we were known as Zephyr. We got in second place and decided to continue playing together. Now we play on Greenwich and Rector Street in a store room. Our music has gotten better over the many months, but our naming of the band has gotten worse. We're sticking to this one as we go into the Emergenza Festival, which is the largest Battle of The Bands in the world. Wish us luck.
