    TOP STORIES
Before we begin, we just want to take a second to let you know that your life matters, and that there's someone who loves you more than you could ever possibly know. If you're hurting, or depressed, or you feel alone, maybe it's time to tell someone. Someone you trust, someone you think can help. It could change your life...

Our band started in early 2009, in Sydney Australia, as the collaboration of singer/songwriter Chris Gresh, Con trained drummer Loz Benson, and ex-Garden State bassist Jono Trev.

Chris writes catchy melodies, and plays white, hollow guitars.

Jono plays rock solid bass funk.

Lozz shreds on the drums. Really.

But apart from making jokes at Lozz's expense and not taking ourselves too seriously, we've come together with a message to share, which you may or may have not have read at the top of this bio. Depression is something that no one should have to go through, but sometimes rescue is only a step away. 1 in 6 people will suffer from depression in their lifetime, whether you're there, you have been, or you know someone who is, remember this: love is more powerful than anything life can throw at us. Maybe it's just thanking the person behind the counter, smiling at someone who walks past, or talking to the kid in the corner. You can change a life.
