    TOP STORIES
    The Anomaly Of Lux

Lux was born when vocalist/songwriter Nick Cappelletti decided to form a new project in order to pursue music that was edgy but still maintained substance and emotion. Nick started writing beautifully crafted songs that still contained aspects of hard rock. At this point he knew he had to find a bassist and a drummer to fill out his sound. A friend of Nick's, bassist Pat Fuscoe joined the band and helped add variety making the songs more interesting with his skillful playing. After what seemed like years of searching and the band almost giving up hope they finally found drummer Manny Giudici. Manny's technique and creativity gave the band a more defined sound and helped solidify the songs. From here Lux began practicing constantly and started playing shows in Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange County. The response was more than enough to get them into Westlake Studios and record their first EP independently. The songs on the EP are just a glimpse of what Lux has to offer musically and lyrically. They have written dozens of quality songs that will be played live and hopefully be recorded soon on a full length album. Lux takes the artwork, performance and lyrical depth as seriously as they take the music which may be what draws attention to them and gives people a band to believe in.
