Amanacer is a 4 piece band with a circulating demo. Music can't be pinned down onto one type of music, but we bring elements of Rock, Indie, pop/rock, and alternative rock all into one. Simon Jones on lead vocals and lead/rhythm guitar. Nick Edwards on Backing Vocals and Lead Guitar. Dean Trendler on Bass, and Dave Perciva on Drums. The name came about through a simple change of language. We were originally called 'The Rising' but when we were in spain we found that Amanacer meant The Rising in Spanish after finding out that The Rising had already been taken! We have a large loyal local following, who come to all gigs which is ever expanding through word of mouth due to our live performances!
