How would you describe your music and musical inspirations?
I am very influenced by the 70's psychedelic rock movement, but would also say I am very eclectic and draw colors and inspirations from different eras and styles. From Madonna to Portishead, Nina Simone to distant gypsy vibes, cultures and sounds. I define my music as 'Psychedalia Gypsy Soul'

What would you say is your forte and what do you still need to work on?
I think my forte is not being afraid to think outside of the box and the norm, being adventurous and taking risks. If someone tells me you cant do that, or that wont work, it makes me want to do it and try it even more. As much as I am influenced and inspired by what is around me, I am always thinking how can I make this my own.

What promotional means have you found to be the most efficient for you?
An area I would like to work on is my music training. I come from a stage background and grew up in the theatre, doing musical theatre etc since I was a child and I also have a trained voice, but would like to work on and really own playing an instrument. I play a little bit of Guitar to get me by, but would like to learn to play keys and be able to play live. As much as I love playing with my band and collaborators, I would like to be more independent. I think at this point in my career, the best promotional means is word of mouth. Not being afraid to get out there yourself to promote your work and invite people to your shows. It amazing how many strangers I have gotten to buy tickets to our show after 5 minutes of meeting and talking to them. If you have a cause and you believe in it, people around you will start to believe in it to. Its amazing. Its the law of attraction. Word spreads quickly after that and before you know it, you have people vibing with you and asking when is your next show etc.

What are you most looking forward to for the Club Soda show?
The Club Soda show is a great next step for us and propels us into the direction we want to be heading. The part im looking forward to the most is the people. Having the opportunity to perform in front 1000+ people and the energy. magic and vibes that will be created in the midst of it all will be incredible and a real treat. Cant wait!

What do you hope the future holds for Von Dalia?
I really see us on the road. Touring Europe, the middle east, Asia, Galas, outdoor festivals etc. That's my vision.
