The story about the formation of dbc is quiet an extrodinary one .... a meeting by chance? I think not, it could only have been faith! dbc is the combination of extreme personalities and styles ...that blend and interact to create this extremely energetic sound, one can almost feel the chemistry working when these four diverse personalities come together. When you first listen to dbc play, your ear cannot quiet register what is happening, .. you are in awe of the raw power and driving force of their sound, and it only takes a few minutes before you realise that Dead by chocolate are goign to go a long way!

Most bands take years to find their sound and style ...in less than 6 months dbc have achieved this .... why ? Because what makes a great group is chemistry, ..like all the great groups, you either have it or you don't! Chemistry is exactly what you hear and feel when you listen to dbc play!
"What is going to be the next development in rock music?" dbc are deliberately going against the grain, because the "musical fad" of "nu-metal" is going to change. dbc are changing the course of rock music at this very moment and they will be signed, .... it's only a matter of time!
So punk, you have got to ask yourself one question, do you want dbc on your side, or, do you want them to be the group that you wished you had under your label?
