    Spoons for Adam formed in the summer of '05. The band was a brain-child of bassist, Sue, and singer Cait. It started out as a joke, and evolved into the coolest project since the one you did in 3rd grade.

    Cait sang in a band called, The Mikes in High School, and currently works with Planet Verge Magazine. She aims to rock your mothereffing eardrums.

    Sue picked up the bass in awe of U2's bassist, Adam Clayton. Sue drives a red little hyundai... if you see her on the road, yell "keep on truckin'" ... heck yes.

    Nicholas Danger was stolen from the NJ band, Take Today. We aren't giving him back.

    Reggie was hi-jacked and enslaved as SFA's new drummer in July '06; that's one year after SFA was formed. Now, there's a few things you need to know about Reggie, 1) He's the shit, 2) He loves smokin' cigs, 3) He loves drinkin' 40's, 4) He lives in a warehouse. You just can't beat that shit. So give him a high-five if you see him -- you'll be cooler by association.

    Thus, SFA has been formed, and plan on bringing the "rock epiphany of the new millenium" with them.
