    RAID started in 2003, they were influenced by bands like metallica, iron maiden and Iced earth. There first performance was in 2004 when they performed at a school concert and did a cover of metallica's, For whom the bell tolls. When they hit the first note they knew this will be a long journey. They have ever since been jamming songs together and done other school performances with songs such as, soldiers under command by stryper, one by metallica and even an original Farewell to arms. In january 2006 they had there first ever gig at the Barley corn hotel. RAID have been asked back twice to play at the barley corn and havn't had one bad reaction. RAID are looking towards a big future in the music industry and bringing back METAL to where it should be.
