    What the Funk is a band made up of high school friends dedicated to melding their many influences (Including: Red hot Chili Peppers, Dave Mathews Band, The Roots, Incubus, The Mars Volta, and many more...) into a sound that is their own. The music has been described as exciting with infectious grooves to being trippy and emotional. The musicianship of the band is displayed by their tight stops and changes. Their live performances are never disappointing.
